LeaseLoom

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Overview

LeaseLoom is a property-management platform operated by YeichMedia LLC ("LeaseLoom," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the LeaseLoom website and product app, whether you're a property manager, tenant, or property owner/investor. By creating an account or using LeaseLoom, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Property managers are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter about their properties, tenants, and leases, and for having the right to store that data in LeaseLoom on their tenants' and owners' behalf.

What LeaseLoom does

LeaseLoom provides software to help property managers track properties, units, leases, applications, maintenance, and owner reporting, including AI-assisted features (lead follow-up, tenant chat, automation). LeaseLoom is a software tool, not a property manager, leasing agent, screening company, or law firm — decisions about tenants, leases, screening, and property operations remain the responsibility of the property manager using the platform.

AI features

LeaseLoom uses AI to draft responses to prospective and current tenants and to automate parts of property-management workflows. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a human before being relied on for decisions with legal or financial consequences (including tenant screening and fair-housing-related communications). See our AI Disclosure page for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access LeaseLoom in unauthorized ways;
  • Submit false information through any form, application, or chat;
  • Use LeaseLoom to violate fair housing, consumer protection, or other applicable law;
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights; or
  • Interfere with the platform's normal operation, including by circumventing rate limits or security controls.

User content

You're responsible for content you submit through LeaseLoom — messages, maintenance descriptions, documents, and similar. See our User Content & DMCA Policy for how we handle user-submitted content and copyright claims.

Intellectual property

The LeaseLoom name, logo, and site content are the property of YeichMedia LLCand may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of data you enter into LeaseLoom; we use it only to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers

LeaseLoom is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that LeaseLoom will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeichMedia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of LeaseLoom, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of LeaseLoom is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YeichMedia LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of LeaseLoom, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including fair housing and tenant-screening law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LeaseLoom if you violate these Terms. You may stop using LeaseLoom at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and the arbitration agreement below) will survive.

Binding arbitration & class action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Agreement to arbitrate. You and YeichMedia LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LeaseLoom will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Class action waiver. You and YeichMedia LLC agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator has no authority to combine more than one person's claims or to preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing nicholasyeich@yeichmedia.com with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither you nor YeichMedia LLC is bound by this arbitration section, and disputes will be resolved as described in Governing Law below.

Governing law & venue. These Terms and any dispute not subject to (or opted out of) arbitration are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as LeaseLoom evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continuing to use LeaseLoom after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
