LeaseLoom

// Why LeaseLoom exists

The tools didn't match the job.

Five years inside property management, working under someone who'd done it far longer than me, was enough to see the pattern up close: the work itself is relentless follow-up — leads, renewals, maintenance requests, rent reminders, owner updates — and the software built to help with it mostly just digitizes the paperwork. A human still has to remember, chase, and type out the same messages every single day.

That gap between what the job actually demands and what the tools actually do is what LeaseLoom is built to close. Not by adding another dashboard to check, but by putting AI directly into the workflows that already eat the most time — so follow-up happens automatically instead of depending on someone remembering to do it.

Founder, LeaseLoom

Five years working in property management under my mentor, and a background that spans both tech and entrepreneurship — which means I can talk to property managers about their actual day-to-day, and to engineers about how to automate it.

// How we build

LeaseLoom is built to earn trust, not just claim it.

Honest about what’s live

If something is still in testing, the page says so. No fabricated customer logos, no invented case studies — what you see is what actually runs.

Real automation, not a demo script

Every workflow shown is built on the same data model and logic that runs in production, not a one-off mockup made to look good in a screenshot.

Built alongside the people using it

This is being built from inside the industry, not guessed at from outside it — shaped by what property managers actually deal with day to day.

Looking for a co-founder.

LeaseLoom is a solo effort so far. If you've got real property management experience, or you build software and want to go deep on a hard, unglamorous problem — I'd like to talk.
