User Content & DMCA Policy

User-submitted content

LeaseLoom lets property managers, tenants, and prospective tenants submit content — chat messages, maintenance request descriptions, uploaded documents, and similar ("User Content"). User Content is created and submitted by our users, not by YeichMedia LLC. We don't review User Content before it's submitted, and we don't endorse or take responsibility for it.

Your responsibility

You're solely responsible for User Content you submit. By submitting it, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property, violate anyone's privacy, or break the law. YeichMedia LLCmay remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, but is not obligated to monitor content and is not liable for User Content posted by others.

DMCA notice-and-takedown

YeichMedia LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe User Content on LeaseLoom infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below including:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it;
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Note: for full DMCA safe-harbor protection, this contact should also be registered as YeichMedia LLC's designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office at copyright.gov/dmca-directory (a separate, one-time registration step, currently a small filing fee). This page will be updated once that registration is complete.

Counter-notice

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where YeichMedia LLC may be found).

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts that are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
