Accessibility
Last updated: October 4, 2026
LeaseLoom is software property management companies use to talk with renters, take applications and send reminders. Everyone should be able to use it, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or captions.
What we aim for
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, at Level AA, on this site and on the pages renters see: rental listings, the chat, the application, renewal responses and the resident portal. When we build or change a page, we check it with a keyboard, a screen reader and color contrast tools, at phone and desktop sizes.
Known gaps
- We have not had an independent accessibility audit yet. We may have missed problems.
- Documents a property management company uploads, such as a lease or a PDF notice, are theirs. We do not create them and cannot promise they are accessible.
Getting help, or something in another format
If you rent from, or are applying to, a company that uses LeaseLoom, contact that company first. It can give you an application, a notice or a reply in another format, take an application by phone or in person, or make a reasonable accommodation for a disability. Its name and contact details are at the bottom of every page it sends you.
You can also email us at support@leaseloom.org. Tell us the page and what got in the way, and we will get back to you and help you reach the company.
