// Pricing
One flat price a month. At 180 doors on Growth, that is $1.66 a door.
LeaseLoom works alongside the property management software you already run, starting with AppFolio. It does not replace it, so you keep one system of record and add the follow-through. Pick the plan for your door count, and cancel any time.
Work out what it is worth on your numbers: what one turnover costs you, and how many kept renewals or hours of follow-up pay for a plan.

Before you start
- Can I try it first?
- Not on your own yet. The first five offices are founding firms, set up by Nick himself. Book a 20-minute look, bring one rent roll export, and ask about founding-firm pricing. Or join the waitlist on the home page and we will email you when it opens.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Settings, Billing. You keep using LeaseLoom until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you never added a card, there is nothing to cancel.
- Does it replace AppFolio?
- No. You keep AppFolio. LeaseLoom is built to read the reports you already export from it, starting with the rent roll, so it needs no AppFolio login or API. The first real exports from offices are being tested now. Your books stay in AppFolio.
- What counts as a door?
- One door is one place you rent out: an apartment, a house, or each side of a duplex. A 24-unit building is 24 doors. Starter is priced for up to 150 doors and Growth for up to 500. If you grow past your plan, we will ask you to move up. Nothing gets switched off.
- Is there sales tax?
- Prices on this page do not include sales tax. Checkout shows the full amount, with any tax, before you pay.
- What happens if LeaseLoom stops?
- You get 90 days' notice and a full export of your leads, conversations and sent emails. Your records stay in AppFolio the whole time, because LeaseLoom only reads the reports you export and changes nothing there. Nick answers support himself, by email at support@leaseloom.org, usually within one business day.

LeaseLoom is in pre-launch and we are still testing it. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens. It sends no automated emails to your tenants, owners, leads or vendors until you turn each one on.
